Pamela Anderson Makes Another Makeup-Free Appearance On 2023 Fashion Awards Red Carpet

Pamela Anderson continues to reaffirm the timeless adage that less is more, making yet another appearance at an event without makeup. The 56-year-old animal rights activist showcased her natural beauty at the 2023 Fashion Awards in London on Monday, December 4.

For the occasion, Pamela graced the red carpet with elegance, donning an all-white ensemble that included wide-leg pants, a loose-fit tee, and a cream-colored blazer casually draped over her shoulders. Despite the simplicity of her outfit, she radiated charm and sophistication.

Completing her classy style, the actress adorned herself with small silver stud earrings. Her bare face, devoid of makeup, took center stage and was complemented by her hair, which had been pulled back into a chic low ponytail. 

Throughout this year's fashion weeks, Pamela has captivated her fans by unveiling a new signature look that prominently features a makeup-free face.

The Canadian native first showcased this low-key appearance in early September at Pandora's new Diamond District pop-up in New York City, where she sported a discreet latte makeup style.

However, her transition into the no-makeup era reached its peak on September 27 when Pamela graced Paris' fashion week with what seemed to be a completely bare face, free of any facial enhancing products.

During the Isabel Marant Spring/Summer 2024 womenswear fashion collection presentation at Paris' fashion week on September 28, the mother-of-two continued to exude positive energy.

She was captured in photographs wearing a makeup-free look, showcasing her natural beauty and confidence at the event.

Pamela Anderson is telling everyone that a happy smile is the best way to look good. She used to wear bold black eyeliner in the 1990s, but now she prefers little to no makeup. The Barb Wire actress likes keeping things simple and natural.

“I just went along with what people were telling me what to do,” in terms of her look, Pamela told Elle.

The girl from Ladysmith, Canada, shared that her change in makeup habits happened gradually. She explained that it was influenced by the passing of her former makeup artist, Alexis Vogel. Vogel died in 2019 after battling breast cancer.

“She was the best,” Pamela said of Vogel. “And since then, I just felt, without Alexis, it’s just better for me not to wear makeup.”

The toned-down look, the actress said, is “freeing, and fun, and a little rebellious too.”

She continued: “Because I did notice that there were all these people doing big makeup looks, and it’s just like me to go against the grain and do the opposite of what everyone’s doing.”

“I think we all start looking a little funny when we get older.”

“And I’m kind of laughing at myself when I look in the mirror.”

“I go, ‘Wow, this is really… what’s happening to me?’ It’s a journey.”
