Elon Musk was accused of sexual misconduct by a SpaceX flight attendant. After she reported the incident to SpaceX, Musk's company paid her $250,000 as part of a severance agreement. However, he challenged her to verify the claims by describing his intimate body parts.
People Are Curious About Elon Musk's Genitals After He Challenges His Accuser To Describe Their State
Hours after a report was published online claiming that the Tesla boss, Elon Musk, paid a flight attendant $250,000 to settle a sexual misconduct accusation against him in 2018, the businessman broke his silence on the matter, stating on the record that the "wild accusations are utterly untrue."
Musk’s response to these very serious allegations have been to tweet that “political attacks” on him are coming after he was made aware of the story, call the woman a liar, and now to “challenge” her to describe his penis. No, really.
In his first reaction to allegations, Musk had urged people to see the matter through "political lens", clearing that nothing will deter him from fighting for a good future and the right to free speech.
But he couldn't resist making a penis joke.
“Finally, we get to use Elongate as scandal name. It’s kinda perfect,” the Tesla CEO tweeted on Friday, adding a laughing emoji.
Musk was referencing a March 2021 tweet in which he first commented: “If there’s ever a scandal about me, *please* call it Elongate.”
Now people are commenting that how weird is his penis that he still expects her to remember it. Here are some responses from Twitter users
Others have pointed out that if the former SpaceX employee took up the challenge, she would be violating the non-disclosure agreement she signed in exchange for the money, and even wondered if the challenge voids the NDA anyway.
Musk also has a long history of fiercely weaponizing NDAs against employees and others whenever possible. Many find it amusing and/or exhausting that he claims to be a paragon of free speech, then silences people with legal documents, then publicly challenges them to break those agreements.
