People Believe An Old Photo Might Be 'Proof Of Time Travel' As It Shows Child Holding 'iPad'

As Apple gets ready to showcase its latest tech products later today, a surprising debate is heating up. 

Many people are now convinced that a photo from 1941 shows a child holding an iPad.

Even though there’s no real proof that time travel is possible, it’s still a hot topic in 2024.

A study published in Nature Physics titled "Time reversibility during the ageing of materials" explored how time might affect the structure of materials like glass.

However, scientists couldn’t figure out whether these changes occur forward or backward. 

This did spark some hope that time travel could be possible.

But last November, scientists completely dismissed the idea of time travel, adding more confusion to the ongoing debate.

Now, an old photo posted on Reddit has reignited the discussion about time travel. 

The image, taken about 83 years ago in 1941, shows a group of teenagers waiting to get into a Chicago cinema. Edwin Rosskam took this picture.

While it’s fascinating to see how young people lived during World War II, there’s one particular kid in the photo who’s catching everyone’s attention on Reddit.

A boy on the far right of the image seems to be holding what some believe could be an iPad.

This idea seems almost impossible, given that the first iPad wasn’t released until 2010. 

So, according to Reddit users, there’s only one explanation: time travel.

"iPad carrying movie goes, all the way to the right," one user commented. 

Another suggested that the photo offers "proof of time travel."

Many Reddit users jumped into the comments to offer more plausible explanations. 

One user suggested, "Just getting that early practice pirating films is all. Back in the day of early film, ushers scanned the audience for pens and notepads to prevent bootleg recreations of the film."

Another user added, "It's most likely The Holy Bible. They have their Sunday best on, bless their wee souls. Yes, I definitely think that's what it is."
