People In Disbelief After Spotting The Phone Eminem Still Uses In A Rare Picture

Eminem, hailed as one of the greatest rappers globally and boasting a net worth of $250 million, had his choice of phone become a topic of surprise for fans after it was featured in a photo uploaded to DJWhooKid's Instagram account.

In the image, Eminem is seen intently looking at his phone, and eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice the nostalgic device in his hands.

Despite his vast wealth, Eminem has consistently shown a preference for simplicity over splurging on extravagant items.

This was highlighted in a 2009 interview with Jonathan Ross, where the "Rap God" shared a story from his early days of fame.

He recounted calling his manager to check if he could afford a $100 watch, a watch he claims to still wear today, despite his skyrocketing fame and fortune.

With an income that most people can only fantasize about, one might assume Eminem would be surrounded by the latest gadgets.

However, it appears that Eminem values comfort and functionality above keeping up with the latest fashion and technological trends, as he is still using a BLACKBERRY.

For those who may not remember, let me paint a picture of the era when Blackberries dominated our digital lives.

Back in 2011, asking for someone’s "BBM pin" was as common as asking for someone's Instagram handle today.

But as technology evolved, Blackberries gradually fell out of favor, and iPhones became the new must-have in the smartphone world.

The revelation of Eminem's phone choice sparked quite the discussion on Reddit, where the photo was also shared.

One user expressed their nostalgia, saying: "I loved my blackberry, I dont blame him. I hated my first android when I got it and still rolled with the bbm app for years."

Another speculated that Eminem might be engaging in a bit of humor, suggesting: 

"This is clearly a joke he runs with. Lol. And the technology thing is also a running joke. The guy is a global star who has traveled the world and back. And also produces/ mixes music etc. he knows how to take a selfie and use a phone/ computer. lol."
