Chie and Chika Yoshikawa, twin sisters, are well-known in Japan for continually blowing their money on cosmetic surgery in an effort to have the "ideal appearance." The drastic difference in their appearance after the operations astounded the internet.
People were astounded by the twin sisters' makeover after they spent a lot of money on plastic surgery in an effort to have the "ideal appearance."
Chie and Chika Yoshikawa are well-known in Japan for undergoing cosmetic surgery to try to get the appearance they want.
But if you were to compare Chie and Chika's appearances in their early twenties and now at 34, you'd assume they were two entirely different individuals.
When you look at their Instagram and Twitter photos, it's obvious that makeup plays a significant role, but their cheeks, noses, and even eyes have completely changed.
The two sisters reportedly spent over 40 million yen ($300,000) on cosmetic operations, per Reports.
These can include facelifts, filler injections, numerous nose surgeries, and double eyelid surgery.
The two don't regret anything, despite the fact that they had to go through a lot of discomfort and recuperation time as a consequence.
When they were old enough, they realized that having surgery was the quickest method to improve their appearance.
But not everything is the same because the twins didn't endure the same treatments. They have managed to collectively spend almost $300,000 on medical expenses, and they have no intention of giving up.
Chika had fat removed from the corners of her mouth during her most recent surgeries. Additionally, she had the fat between her cheekbones and nasolabial folds removed.
Chie and Chika insist that because they were constantly being compared to children, altering their appearances became their fixation.
One was cuter than the other, one was wiser than the other, and so forth were joint statements.
According to reports, the repeated comparisons significantly negatively affected their mental health, and they began examining their features in the mirror to attempt to find defects.
Chie spent money on injecting fat tissue under her skin to fill up the hollow regions around her eyes and cheekbones.
The sisters did begin by undergoing the same operations because they were weary of being constantly compared, and the objective is to appear the same.
The strategy somewhat changed as they came to realize they had quite different ideas of what was attractive.
They both agree that having surgery improved their lives, but they both acknowledge that there is a limit.
One individual dubbed Chie "pig nose" when they started posting pictures of themselves on social media, and she indeed took the nasty remark to heart.
She then requested that her plastic surgeon reduce the philtrum and lower the tip of her nose.
She posted the improved appearance with her followers, but some of them said, "It's a mistake, it was better before," so she kept changing it in an effort to appease them.
She eventually had about five surgeries in quick succession, but she ultimately came to the realization that she would never be able to please everyone.
