Police Officer Places Homeless Man In Back Of Car, Then He Does THIS

Officer Mark Valenzuela is now meeting internet fame after a Phoenix resident caught him on camera giving a brand new pair of shoes to a local homeless person.

The shoes had originally been intended for his own son, but Valenzuela stated he felt bad that the man didn't have a pair at all. During an interview with 12 News Phoenix he also said:

"He was just very thankful. He choked me up a little bit. I could see a little bit of money in his pocket, he had some dollar bills and some change. He wanted to pay me for the shoes and I just told him they were a gift from God."
