Today, the Queen's health was the subject of a rare statement from Buckingham Palace, which assured the public that she is staying at Balmoral and is, in fact, comfortable.
The statement said: "Following further evaluation this morning, The Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision.”
"The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral."

Prime Minister Liz Truss tweeted: "The whole country will be deeply concerned by the news from Buckingham Palace this lunchtime.”

On Wednesday, the head of state backed out of a fictional Privy Council after being told to rest by doctors.
It happens only a few days after Liz Truss and the Queen had their meeting to formally name her as the next prime minister.
A Buckingham Palace spokesman said of the canceling of the meeting: "After a full day yesterday, Her Majesty has this afternoon accepted doctors’ advice to rest.”
"This means that the Privy Council meeting that had been due to take place this evening will be rearranged."
The monarch with the longest reign in the country has ongoing mobility problems. During the historic meeting with Ms. Truss on Tuesday, which came after former British prime minister Boris Johnson's visit, she walked with a walking stick.
