You are constantly around him might be the reason of ignorance. Truthfully, you want to make sure that you leave a little mystery to your relationship. If this is one of the reasons he ignores you that you have noticed, make sure that you let him plan a night out with the boys while you go out with the girls.

He isn’t perfect and you aren’t either. Run a quick timeline through your head and recall if you said anything that probably upset him enough that he felt the need to avoid you.
