Want a perfect winged eyeliner that's easy to do? Watch this.

A candle and hard eyeliner pen work great.

Using dots, she places on in the corner, one at the start of the iris, and on above the pupil.

A fourth dot is placed at the end of the iris and a fifth where your lashes end, and the last one in the corner, raised up. This will be your wing.

Now all you need to do is connect the dots ... slowly.

When you connect the dots, you are connecting them at the top of the dots, not along your lash line, making a wing at the outer corner.

Next you color in everything, and there you have your wing tipped liner.
