#1 Small Talk Is Annoying.

You find small talk annoying. Your aim is to get involved in deep and serious conversations.

Those with strong personalities are prone to telling others exactly what they think. This is especially true when the are concentrating on an important task and someone interrupts with small talk. They really just don’t have the patience or time to deal with trivial details.

#2 You can't stand ignorant behaviours and attitudes

Generally speaking, strong people are well (often self) educated and possess a wide breadth of knowledge.

You are open minded, yes, but you will not entertain anyone who is judgmental. You will either walk away from them and their ignorance or lose your patience with them and let them have a piece of your mind.

This open-minded attitude often invites curiosity while promoting acceptance. Therefore, it is to be expected that strong people simply don’t accept the ignorant attitudes of others. They’ve done their best to learn as much as possible, and are willing to maintain an open mind to the differences of others.

You consider yourself well-informed about a variety of subjects, and you enjoy reading and learning to increase your awareness. You put time and effort into exercising your brain, so when people make comments or judgments about things they don’t understand, it irks you to your core.

#3 You Find Opportunities Where Others See None.

Strong people have a way of making opportunities without needing much assistance from others.

While some are sitting around waiting for a promotion, a chance to travel or another opportunity to fall into their laps, you are working toward your goals and creating your own opportunities along the way.

"It seems that the harder I work, the luckier I get."

This quote describes the ability of a strong personality type to create opportunity for themselves without the help of others. Their dedicated work ethic creates opportunity, and their courage motivates them to take advantage of it.

And they're not about to feel sorry for anyone who is offended by their ability to succeed.

You may have insecurities like others, but the difference is that you refuse to let them control your life. Your will to be happy and to succeed is much stronger.

#4 You do not like people who complain.

Once again, strong people are notorious for keeping their heads down and doing what needs to be done – regardless of how unpleasant it may be. It’s no surprise then that people who waste time whining and complaining about trivialities are of no interest to them.

Complaining is something that makes you mad, you would rather work alone than with someone who spends the whole day complaining. You don’t have time for their shit and will not pick up their extra weight without letting them know where they can shove their complaints.

You work hard on a daily basis, so when someone comes to you with an excuse, you refuse to let that person waste your time whining or complaining. You would rather focus on what you can do to fix a situation, instead of agonising over the problem.

#5 Your Word Is Everything.

If you have a strong personality, then you are one of the few people who really say what you mean, and mean what you say. You’ve never been one to break a promise or lie to a friend (even if you knew the truth would hurt), and people respect you for your honesty. But they might not appreciate it at the time. In fact, you’ve probably had someone tell you how much they dislike the words you told them, even though you said them with kindness and honesty.

#6 You're largely uninterested in attention from others

In a society that craves attention using the antics of drama, strong people could care less. While their tremendous work ethic and strength of character may invite attention – positive or negative – from the people around them, strong personalities don’t spend much time noticing. They almost certainly won’t spend precious time and effort seeking the attention of others.

#7 You are straightforward.

You always speak your mind and do not care who gets upset. Lying is never an option.

#8 You are wise.

You are always learning new things and new ways of thinking. You think things through and never waste time. You are wise beyond your years.

#9 You are kind.

You are one of the nicest people in the world, really. People are quick to judge you because you do not waste your time and often see success. It seems people love to judge those who are doing better than them and this is one of those circumstances.

#10 You don’t care for gossip

You don’t care for gossip or the typical small talk that involves the weather or the ‘glamour world.’ In fact, you might be curt and short with people who do initiate small talk.

This reaction might make others think you are intimidating since you are not open to conversations and might be misconstrued as rude or intimidating.

Does this sound like you or someone you know?

Just Remember, People Who Have A Strong Personality Aren’t Being Rude, And They’re Not Trying To Dominate Anything Or Anyone. They Simply Can’t Handle The Masks Of Others Anymore- It’s Unnecessary And Exhausting.
