Brocarde, who turned in despair to a medium for marriage counseling after a rocky Christmas, said: "For the last few weeks, before bed each night, I've taken it upon myself to manifest my own future by reaching out to Edwardo in a direct, honest manner. I've firmly communicated that I'm not happy and I've repeatedly asked him to clarify why he started haunting me?

"What he wants from our relationship? And I've bluntly asked him to show me a sign that he is still present within our marriage.
"Since that moment I've been thrust awake by the sound of a crying baby. The scream is almost deafening, blood curdling and it won't stop.
"The only way I silenced it is by screaming back at the top of my lungs. Then it goes away.
The singer met her spectral husband one night when he appeared in her bedroom and they had been seeing each other ever since.

"I'm totally terrified and if this is Edwardo's sign then I think he's evil and I don't want any more to do with him. Furthermore, I've seen visions of a rocking crib at the foot of my bed.
"I've stumbled towards it and spun it round but there's no baby inside. I've also experienced excruciating stomach pains, like something is inside my belly kicking me.

"At first, I put it down to severe indigestion, but I never eat cheese before bedtime and even after swallowing a Rennie it continues. I've only been married for a few months and that's been overwhelming enough. I'm just not ready to be haunted by a phantom baby as well."
The unsettling development happened after the newlyweds had a difficult first Christmas together, which made them decide it was time to start marriage counseling using a method to help them communicate better.
The medium saw the ghost's intense love for Brocarde and advised them to improve their communication abilities.
Brocarde found the couple's recommendation to buy a spiritual blue-eyed cat amusing during the medium sessions, but when the medium said a baby was on the way, it all became too much for her.
She added: "Honestly, the revelations have caught me really off guard. Naturally, because my husband is no longer alive, the option of us having children was never something that ever crossed my mind.
"The thought is pretty crazy and chilling. I saw consulting a medium as a last port of call for our romance as I was rapidly coming to the conclusion that my husband can’t give me what I need in a relationship. Delivering the ghost of a crying baby certainly isn’t helping our marriage."
