#1 Alcohol has indeed been here a long time
Evidence of alcohol having been a part of the lives of human beings shows that it has been a very long time since it was first invented. Discovery of late Stone Age jugs seem to point to intentionally fermented beverages existing at least as early as the Neolithic period (about 10,000 BC).

The highest legal alcohol drinking age is twenty one, shared by a few countries such as the United States and Sri Lanka.
