Over the course of your life, you will go through a ton of jobs. Some are great but most suck. The biggest reason that most people don't last very long at jobs is that they don't put in the effort required to do the job properly. In their defense, minimum wage doesn't really inspire much dedication but that's not the point. #1 That's an expensive screwup.
MRI machines cost a ton of money. If you had a nice house and you sold it you MIGHT be able to afford one. Hopefully, the person responsible for this mess has a good way to pay to fix it because something tells me they are out of a job.
#2 Just taking a smoke break.
Every smoker knows what it's like to sneak away and have a smoke break. This poor idiot didn't really think about his choice of hideout. I just hope that his smokers corner doesn't end up being the final resting place.

These idiots are just looking to get hurt on the job. That's not something that most employers look at favorably. I'm sure that once this image made it's way to the boss all three of these guys were without a job.

The driver of this truck must not realize that gravity is king and physics works. Not sure why the person in the yellow vehicle is following so close. Maybe they want a new car.

If anyone on this list should be fired it's gotta be this Texas Department of Public Safety worker that was photographed being anything but safe. She double fails. I don't know how she could have a job after this.
