We can always rely on younger siblings to bask in our humiliation, and one 11-year-old was very pleased when his older brother discovered an embarrassing diary from his youth.

Eighteen-year-old Jack, from County Mayo in Ireland, found a diary he made when he was aged just nine - and it made pretty embarrassing reading.

He told Mirror Online: "I found the diary on the family's computer desk, my brother left it there for everyone to see!"

Ted, 11, was in the room when Jack found it and decided to call him out on how weird it was, making Jack turn "puce".
