Teenager Orders A 'Cheap' iPhone Online, Receives A Phone-shaped Coffee Table

We're referring to instances where customers have ordered Apple products and received something else. In a similarly weird event, a teenager from Thailand ordered an iPhone online but instead received an iPhone-shaped coffee table.

According to a report by DesignYouTrust.com, the Thai teen was lured by the iPhone 7's extremely low price, which he spotted online. He got carried away at this point and placed the order.

He learned the reality when the day of the product delivery came closer. He had not ordered the merchandise that had been delivered. And this was apparent from its enormous size. It was a coffee table shaped like an iPhone, and it was as tall as the teenage boy.

You might be led to think that this incident is a fraud, but it isn't. It was truly the boy's fault because he didn't read the product description. After all, he was so impressed with the low price.

After the amusing occurrence, the unidentified teenager used his social media accounts to describe the situation he found himself in.

For those who don't know, the coffee table in the form of an iPhone is a real thing made by a business named 10x10 Korea. The coffee table looks remarkably like an actual iPhone, but it is significantly larger than the Apple device. The SIM slot functions as a drawer for storage.

It has happened before to many people that an iPhone was promised but never arrived. Similar situations when consumers ordered an iPhone from Amazon India or Flipkart only to receive something else have been reported in the past. The majority of the incidents were frauds.
