#1 "I thought he was an alien"

Vince Weiguang Li took a bus trip that changed the course of his life and that of Tim McLean, a 22-year-old carnival worker. Tim had the unfortunate luck to sit beside Vince that trip. During the bus ride, Vince heard voices telling him that Tim was an alien and that he had to protect himself and those around him. So, he did the unthinkable. He severed Tim's head with a knife he carried (to protect himself against the aliens) and proceeded to consume Tim's flesh and show all of the horrified passengers his victim's severed head in an attempt to sooth them.

#2 Mama's Boy.

Alexander Nikolayevich SPESIVTSEV aka Sasha was ruled mentally insane of his absolutely horrendous crimes; however, the worst part is that his mother actually helped him. His mother would lure young homeless girls in the apartment (under the pretense of needing help with the groceries) where she and her attack dog would corner them. Sasha would then proceed to stab the girls and they would consume them together.

Since he was preying on young and homeless children, it took him many years to get caught despite numerous complaints about rancid smells and extremely loud metal music coming from his home. In 1996, a pipe breakage forced the neighbours to call a plumber; the problem was determined to be in the Spesivtsev apartment. The plumber had the door opened by force since no one was answering the knock.

Sasha admitted to at least 19 murders, but evidence leads officials to believe it could have been much closer to 80 children.

#3 Mommy Dearest.

We know that sometimes in the wild, a mother would do the unthinkable and eat their young. We don't expect that to be from humans. Li Zhenghua proves otherwise. She was found trying to eat the child while in a hospital ward in by her nurse. She was eventually sedated and extracted from the baby. The worst part is that the hospital eventually decided to give her the baby back.

Yoo Young-Chul is a self-confessed South Korean serial killer and cannibal of 21 people. After being rejected by his ex-girlfriend ( a former escort), he took to luring prostitutes and other to his home where he proceeded with his horrible crimes. He is convinced that he was helping society by getting rid of the sinners. Absurdly, he is actually considered a saint in the religion called VJ. This religion talks about how he and the other 9 wise men are going to conquer the world.

#5 Face Off

In a Wales Hostel, Matthew Williams was found eating half of his lover's face and one of her eyeballs when Gwent police burst in and fired a 50,000 volt Taser at him. He was handcuffed and removed from the room but became unresponsive. First aid was given by police and paramedics but Williams was later pronounced dead. His lover Cerys Yemm was dead by the time he was found.

#6 The Bath Salts Zombie

Ronald Poppo, was a homeless man just minding his business when a naked, drug-addled man suddenly attacked him in the streets of Miami. The man was hyped up on a drug called "bath salts." Rudy Eugene was shot and killed to save Ronald. Ronald had suffered massive injuries to his face, nearly 80 percent off it, in the attack.

After a night of doing PCP, rapper Big Lurch decided he had to kill the Devil. Of course, he wasn't thinking straight and the "Devil" turned out to be his roommate, Tynisha Ysais. When she was found she had tooth marks on her face and lungs, which were completely torn from her chest cavity.

Three homeless men in Moscow were found after eating a passing pedestrian. Not only did they eat the man, but they also dismembered him and were selling his meat to local street vendors. In Russia, food might be you.

#9 The Fridge Of Horrors

Matej Curko was a father and husband. Sure, he looks like a nice guy but he managed to not only become a cannibal, but he used the internet to lure in his victims. He would set up the women into a suicide pact, in which they agreed to die and he eat them, or just straight up kill the ladies. He kept an extensive "Fridge of Horrors" that included the bodies of two women who had disappeared the previous year. During a sting operation, an agent was made to meet up with him for some suicide and food and when he pulled out a gun and started shooting at officers, the worst snipers in the world shot him five times and he still lived. He died later the day he was apprehended, in the hospital. He was later linked to the disappearance of 30 Italian women. His wife, who is inexplicably cute, stood by him and denied his crimes up to the very end (at which point she still denied them).

#10 Murderer Released, Eats Friend, Tries Eating Many Others

Peter Bryan's cannibalism made him an absolute animal. At first, this British man killed a woman with a hammer. Then he murdered his friend Brian Cherry and cooked his brain. After being arrested for this crime, Peter Bryan spent time around other people in another mental health facility. One day, at this place, he began beating a man to death. If he hadn't been stopped, Bryan said, he would have eaten that man as well.
