You've most likely seen her on her show called the "Mary Tyler Moore Show", in which she had the role of Mary Richards in the 1970's. But Mary started out in the 1960s doing films like "Thoroughly Modern Millie" and she was a major star for having appeared on the "Dick Van Dyke Show", and after that, continued her career in TV shows, as well as a few good films. One thing that really made her stand out, was that smile of hers. It's truly contagious and makes everyone look even better.

Remembered as Elly May Clampett on "The Beverly Hillbillies", Donna Douglas was a major icon of the decade and can be recognized by her massive, blonde mane. She went on after Hillbillies to co=star on the country show Hee Haw and found it hard getting work because she was so well known as Ellie May. Unfortunately, she passed away in January of 2015, but she'll always be remembered for following her heart, especially when it came to loving her critters.

Jane Fonda is a is a well-known actress, model, and activist, as well as daughter of Hollywood legend, Henry Fonda. She started her career in 1960, in a Broadway play that got her two Tony award nominations. Later on, Fonda appeared in many silver screen classics, such as Barbarella, They Shoot Horses, Don't They and Coming Home. She never let up in the 70's and 80's with films like "Barefoot In The Park," "Coming Home", and "On Golden Pond". She is easily recognized from such classic films as The Sound Of Music, Mary Poppins, and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, but Andrews was in many other movies as well, including dramatic roles and several television specials in the 1960s. She also joined Anne Hathaway in the "The Princess Diaries" in 2001, and her glow from her youthful years is still intact.

Anyone who was alive during the 60s, or who appreciates films from the decade remembers "Psycho." Vera Miles starred in it, making her a familiar face of 60s films. She often worked with Alfred Hitchcock, even outside of "Psycho", and throughout her acting career, managed to star in a few hit TV shows and other movies including several episodes of Alfred Hitchcock Presents. In 1995, Miles retired, but her talent has made the deepest impact on Hollywood, so she is deserving of immense amounts of respect.

Who could possibly forget the beautiful Sophia Loren? When she is talked about, everyone knows her name, and in addition to remembering her talent, her astonishing beauty is also noted. Ross is now married to actor Sam Elliott, whom she met when they co-starred in the 1978 film The Legacy. She has done several small roles and TV movies since the 2000's.

Nichelle Nichols was actually a singer before transitioning into an actress. Her big debut was on "Star Trek", and she really defied some major stigmas of the time, by being a black actress, surrounded by white men (you go, girl!). Her feature that is probably best noticed by everyone, is her gorgeous set of eyebrows. Nichols knew how to take care of them, and boy, did we take note.

Dawn Wells is most famous for her part on "Gilligan's Island", which was a major hit TV show on CBS. In terms of her style and appearance, she was usually seen with dark makeup and lipstick, which really made her already stunning features stand out. Most people remember Faye Dunaway as Warren Beatty's partner in crime, Bonnie and I bet she does too considering that she got her first Oscar nomination for the role! After that, her career skyrocketed, and she starred in more films in the 1970's including Chinatown, The Towering Inferno, Three Days of the Condor, and Network. Dunaway went on to win an Oscar, 3 Golden Globes, a BAFTA, an Emmy and became the first-ever recipient of a Leopard Club Award. Now, she is keeping busy and starring in the Amazon TV series Hand of God, and you will catch her in an upcoming film this year called The Bye Bye Man!

"I Dream of Jeannie" is one of the most famous TV shows from the 60s, and what made it oh-so-wonderful, was Barbara Eden's role as "Jeannie." No one else could have made the role better. While a majority of her work was known to be in the theater, she was also quite famous for having appeared on "Get Smart" with Don Adams.
