Creativity and lots of detailed work are what makes good cosplay so amazing. Then you have bad cosplay which basically amounts to someone throwing together a random costume that might not be completely recognizable. The costume might not fit them or they could just look terrible in general. Either way, bad cosplay is a thing and it's here to stay. Check out some of the worst examples below.

#1 Davey Jones on a budget.
It's like this guy didn't even try really. I know that good cosplay can be an expensive hobby but come on you can at least put forth a little effort.
#2 They're 2, they're 4, they're 6, they're horrible.
This Thomas the Tank Engine cosplay is just bad. I will give him credit for being creative about it but the presentation is just horrible. Better luck next time.

#3 Voldemort does not approve.
This Harry Potter fan failed miserably at this attempt at cosplay. I will give her credit because she's got old Volde's facial expression right but nothing else about the costume is good.
#4 Where is B2?
This guy was going for the Bananas in Pajamas look but besides the fact that it doesn't work without a partner, this is just bad. It's a very lazy attempt at cosplay. Anybody can just wear regular clothes and pose with some bananas. Put forth some effort.

This kid completely bombed at his attempt to look like Harry Potter. There really isn't anything positive I can say about this. It's really that bad.

This Big Ben cosplay, while creative, is pretty bad. I hope that plunger he put on his head is at least new and unused. Otherwise, yuck!

Wolverine is a ferocious, intimidating character. This cosplay is far from either of those things. What's up with the butterfly mask? That just makes this look silly along with the fork claws.
