#1 Oscar, the cat burglar

#2 Goat arrested for eating flowers
Gary, a goat was arrested in Sydney after being found guilty of eating flowers. What's so bad about a goat eating flowers, what's what they do, right? Well, Gary was found eating flowers outside the Museum of Contemporary Art. Gary had a special lawyer appointed to fight his case when he was fined a whooping $316.00. The Magistrate dismissed the case.
#3 Cat smuggle in contraband to prison
In 2013, a cat was arrested for smuggling cell phones and battery chargers inside a Russian prison. After is was found that the cat was trained to climb the walls and slip through bars, officers discovered he had cell phones and weapons taped to his belly. The entire prison was held responsible in the incident, but the cat was barred from returning and placed in a holding cell for 2 weeks.
#4 French spying swan
How innocent and pretty a swan looks! But then never go by looks. A swan was recently arrested in Egypt charged for spying. The bird was found to be a spy agent from the French government. The spy swan was spotted first by a local fisherman, who found it with an electronic device attached to it. However after a thorough investigation, the bird was set free as it found out that the device was merely attached to study the migratory patterns of the swan, and the Egyptian government let it go.
#5 Goat detained for armed robbery
A goat in Nigeria was arrested in 2009 on the grounds of being a suspect of armed robbery. Yes, armed robbery! He was handed over to the police by the locals who believed he was a robber who used black magic to transform himself as a goat. Such allegations are common in Nigeria, where traces of witchcraft are still found. Maybe it was the ghost of Billy The Kid?
#6 Pig arrested for chasing a woman
A pig was recently arrested in Shelby Township, Michigan, for acting aggressively toward a woman and chasing her around her garden. It was only after the porker got distracted by a mystic globe lawn ornament that the woman could call the cops. As the police put the pig, named Daisy, but later found to be a male pig, in the back of their police car, the mischievous hog pulled a wicked smile for the camera. Which just proves that all men are pigs.
#7 Elephant arrested for murder
Performing elephant Ramachandran, was arrested for killing 3 women in Kerala. The 45-year-old elephant became wild and furious and was beyond anyone's control while marching in a tourist parade. After it ran away and was finally captured, the owner was asked to pay a sum of 30 lakhs ($4483) to the deceased family, and is never allowed to participate in any processions and events.
#8 Donkey arrested for ASSault
A donkey is always not that harmless how much it looks! In 2008, a donkey was arrested for kicking two elderly men in Mexico. One of them fractured his ankle and the other two suffered serious injuries. The donkey became uncontrollable and was controlled by 6 men. The owner ended up paying $420 to both the parties. He was kept under supervision for 6 weeks and finally released to his owner when he showed no further signs of brutality towards the elderly.
#9 Border crossing monkey
Bobby the monkey had crossed the India and Pakistan border and was found from the outskirts of Punjab province in Pakistan. He was arrested on the grounds of trespassing by the Pakistan Border Patrol. The monkey was caught and handed over to the Bahawalpur Zoo. Bobby was considered to be innocent as he simply seem to have lost his way and ended up at the wrong place. Still, it was believed he was some sort of spy sent over by the Indian government. Now he is under arrest living in the zoo cages.
#10 Spy squirrels
This is just nuts! These cute little things are no such exception from others in this list. A group of 14 squirrels was arrested in Iran by the Iranian army in 2007. This group was found carrying devices used for gathering information around the Nuclear power plant near the Iranian Border. Guess a drone was a bit too expensive.
#11 Vulture spy
It is considered to have the sharpest of sight! A vulture was accused of carrying a GPS tracker and was seen flying in the vicinity of Saudi Arabia. It was initially thought to be a spy- A Mossad agent. However, after some investigation, the researchers claimed it to be an exercise to study the migratory pattern of the bird. The Vulture was held captive in western Sudan. The bird was held hostage and is still alive in an animal preserve in Saudi Arabia.
#12 Goats arrested for allegedly damaging a police car
three goats in India were detained by officers after they were accused of damaging a police vehicle. The animals were grabbed and placed in a cage after Indian authorities became annoyed with their alleged persistent vandalism. Apparently, 12 goats climbed onto the brand new police vehicle, causing it to be dented and "damaging the wipers and glass, and scratching the paint of the bonnet and body." The police were only able to capture three of the bandits but they took them in to custody. The animals were eventually released to the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA).
#13 Spy pigeon
You've heard of carrier pigeons... well in 2013, Indian police held a pigeon under armed guard after it was caught on an alleged spy mission for neighboring Pakistan. (Why are these always from India? LOL). The pigeon had a ring around its foot and a Pakistani phone number and address stamped on its body in red ink. It's believed it was sent from Pakistan to deliver a note. The bird was held under guard with no on allowed to visit. Officials insist the bird was sent on a secret spying mission. Seriously, these people need to invest in some modern spy equipment.
#14 Oscar, the Asbo cat
Once known as the "meanest cat of Britain," Oscar a 5-year-old Turkish van cat injured neighbor Tom Ridgeway so badly the 77-year-old had to spend an entire week in a hospital. The cat was slapped with the feline equivalent of an anti-social behavior order and placed under house arrest. Not to be outdone, Grumpy Cat recently shot a man because he believed he had shot his Paw.
#15 Drug cartel parrot
Not all parrots are cute pets.. some join up with drug gangs and go on the lamb, living a life of crime. In Colombia, it's a common sight to find parrots looking out for drug cartels. These parrots are trained to cry out loud "Run" in Spanish at the sight of police officials. Lorenzo, a parrot was caught by the police for the same reason and was led to its owner who owned 200 deadly weapons and a huge amount of drugs. The police also caught hold of other 2 birds trained for the same purpose. The birds were sent to a zoo in Brazil. RUN!!!
