She is the world's oldest bodybuilder and hadn't started exercising until she was 56. But, then she started for body-building.

She wakes up at 3am daily. The training starts at 8am, from a former Mr. Universe! And achieves the target of running 80 miles every week! Her dietary secret happens to be eggs, chicken, and vegetables, along with plenty of water.
