They tried to figure out a way to release the beautiful doe without hurting her, since they had no idea how long she had been trapped or if she was physically in any pain. Her moans and cries told them she was frightened.

Getting Mike and a few other volunteers to gently lift the deer up and push her back as Simon pulled her rear end towards himself, they finally got the animal loose! Frightened and afraid, she rolled around then jumped to her feet and sprang off into the nearby woods.

Simon and his associates used their knowledge to release the frightened deer without any harm. They weren't able to asses the deer's injuries, as she took off immediately being released. But it doesn't seem she's hurt judging by how fast she is!
