Bekah Miles, 20, has made a splash on social media and is trying to bring attention to pressing mental health issues.

On August 24th, she got a tattoo that appears to read "I'm fine", when looked at it from Bekah's perspective it reads "save me". She posted the picture on Facebook along with some of her thoughts on depression.

At the time of this posting, her post has garnered 330,000 likes and 284,000 shares and received thousands of positive comments.
