This Guy Is The Youngest To Ever Visit Every Single Country In The World

Gunnar Garfors had already achieved fame at the age of 34 when he had toured 85 countries. He wanted to visit the remaining 112 and after striking a bet with his friend - which he won - at the age of 37, Garfors had done the unthinkable. He had covered all 198 countries on the map, and this, without quitting his job!

What may have started out as a hobby clearly transformed into a passion. Garfors won the title of being the youngest man to travel to every country in the world before turning 40. The avid traveller set many records on the way, one being when in 2012 he visited all five continents in a single day! Even though it was a stunt to promote his book 198: How I Ran Out of Countries, the feat has left all of us with an itch to follow his lead.
