This Homeless Man Found Money But It's What He Did Next That Made Me Burst Into Tears

Johal is a YouTuber who conducts social experiments. Upon seeing this homeless guy asleep outside, he put some cash in the man's bag to see what would happen, and he was surprised.

Johal sees this homeless man sleeping on a city bench and decides to slip some money into his backpack as a social experiment.

#2 He Finds The Money

Within a few moments, the man wakes up, thinking someone, probably another homeless person, had tried to steal from his backpack. That's when he discovers the $100.00 left there by Johal.

#3 Thanks God For His Kindness

He looks around to see if someone had lost the money or if there was something going on he wasn't aware of, then looks toward the sky as if to thank God for his good fortune.

#4 Shops For Needed Essentials

He grabs his belongings from the bench and heads down the street to a Target store, where Johal was following him, and he purchases a blanket and a pillow for himself with is newfound money.

#5 He Hears How Desperate Johal Is

When the homeless man returns to his park bench he finds Johal sitting there on his phone talking to someone about how down on his luck he is, and pretending that he has no money to pay for his daughter's medicine.

#6 He Asks Johal To Watch His Backpack

The homeless man listens to Johals story about how down on his luck he is, then asks Johal to watch his backpack, and tells him he will be right back. He then disappears down the busy street.

#7 He Decided To Pay It Forward

30 minutes later the man returns to the bench and sits beside Johal, explaining that he had gone back to Target and returned his purchases, then he hands Johal the money he had found earlier, explaining that 'you need it more than I do right now. I'll get by, I always do."

#8 Inspiring

Shocked, the outcome was not what Johal had expected when he set out to see what someone would do with newfound money. He explains his 'experiment' to the honest and good-hearted homeless man and then gives him $500.00 for his good will. The man begins to cry and the two men exchange hugs. The two men bonded, and Johal's experiment taught him something he wasn't expecting. He was both amazed and inspired.
