Two years ago, a six-year-old boy Christian McPhilamy, who lives in Florida, saw an advertisement by a St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The hospital's mission was donating hair to cancer suffering kids.
Inspired by the advertisement, Christian decided to grow his hair. His decision was not that easy; all his classmates used to tease him by calling him a girl. The courageous kid with a big strong heart did not deter and grew his hair in two years.
Now, he has donated 10-inches-long locks of his hair to make wigs for children being treated for cancer. Mcphilamy became the motivation for all of us and he taught that there are many ways to help people.
#1 Christian donated his hair to the 'Children With Hair Loss' foundation.
#2 He looks cute and adorable and his deed has touched our heart.
#3 Several times his neighbors told him to cut his hair, but he denied.
#4 This little boy inspired to help and spread happiness to cancer suffering children.
#5 He even educated others on why he made the choice to grow his hair and motivated them too.
#6 He felt sad when he was teased by peers , but then he remembered those kids who lost their hair.
#7 He achieved his goal of donating four ponytail hair from his side.
#8 Helping those children made him feel happy and his parents feel proud of their son.
#9 Little Christain inspired us to move ahead and help needy people.
