An adorable rescue pup has taken on the large task of becoming a parent, but his kids do not look like what you might expect.

Patty Cakes Huckleberry Stoll is a rescue pup from Sydney, Australia.

Patty Cakes was rescued by the Wollongong Animal Rescue Network.

The nonprofit charity was set up to help save abandoned and neglected animals in need, according to the organization's website. Patty Cakes has clearly benefited from the initiative as he appears to be a happy and healthy pup.

Not only is he absolutely adorable, he also has a heart of marshmallow gold.

Patty Cakes has taken on the task of caring for two tiny ducklings by the names of Penguin and Popinjay. The three seem to get along swimmingly.
