It's never fun to get rejected from a job you were interviewing for, but most companies try and keep it classy and let you know in a respectful manner — I said most companies, but apparently not all of them.
This Teen Basically Got the Most Brutal Job Rejection Ever
#1 Meet eighteen-year-old Megan Dixon from Leicester, UK.
Dixon went for a job interview at a restaurant called Miller and Carter.
#2
Later that afternoon, she received a particularly brutal rejection text from the branch’s assistant manager, Shantel Wesson, who should probably be in a different line of work.
"Imagine going for a job interview and the woman says she will email u in a few days but then waits 1 minute after u leave to text u this 😂"

Yes, she like, actually said that and like, used an emoji, too.

Dixon followed up her original tweet with this, adding insult to injury.
@MillerandCarter interviewer was unprepared and her phone was going off throughout the interview. So unprofessional

#4 The tweet quickly went viral, with people ticked off on Dixon's behalf — and because the woman couldn't even use proper grammar.

The restaurant responded to say the text message was sent in error.
“We can’t apologize enough to Megan,” a spokesperson for Miller and Carter told The Sun. “It was never our intention to be disrespectful or upset her in any way. The texts were sent in error and were intended for our manager, not the candidate.”
So in other words, that’s how they talk about possible staff, so she’s much better off somewhere else.
