#1 Keitra Jane is used to being stopped by random strangers who think that she's Taylor Swift. It's a normal every day occurrence for her to be out and about, minding her business, when someone will freak out and ask her for an autograph.
#2 The 21-year-old never really thought about using her celebrity looks to her advantage, but when her photos went viral, people were hitting her up left and right for appearances and interviews. She even starred in Alex Boyle's music video for his song "African Hipster" where she was hired to play a Taylor Swift lookalike.

#3 Keitra's social media pages dramatically increased with followers who wanted to know who this girl was with Taylor Swift's face. While there have been many who complimented Keitra, there were others who tried desperately to break her down with insults and bullying.
#4 Keitra is a thin girl, only a few pounds heavier than skinny minnie Taylor. However, when Boyle's "African Hipster" video was released, people began commenting about Keitra's body.

#5 The comments about her weight hit too close to home for Keitra. She once had an eating disorder, weighing 30 pounds less than she does now. "I've always been taller than most of my peers but being called fat just hurt," she said.

#6 It was only with the love and support of family and friends that Keitra was able to get the help she needed. She learned how to maintain a healthier lifestyle and put those destructive thoughts and eating habits behind her.

#7 Instead of lashing out at those who have tried to tear her down, Keitra is using her platform to bring awareness to Internet bullying.

#8 She wrote on her Instagram page, "Internet bullying contributes to disordered eating. People need to understand that nothing on the Internet goes unnoticed, and when you publicize your comments or suggestions you aren't just writing on a wall, you're writing to a real person."

#9 It's been a great ride playing Taylor's lookalike, but Keitra wants people to know that she's her own person.

#10 She isn't going to let anyone else make her feel bad about it either.
If you think Keitra won't screenshot someone's hurtful comments and air them out to the interwebs, think again. She recently did that with someone who had something negative to say about her, writing, "This is just one of millions of hurtful comments that are given to REAL people every day. This isn't a sympathy post, this is information. You need to know that words have power to do harm or promote positivity. Use your power for good!"
