#1 Tea Bag For Broken Nail

Vitamins are essential for your overall well being and can do wonders. You don;t have to take them as pills, instead combine and include lots of fruit and vegetable in your diet to help cure those nails of yours. Lack of vitamin A, vitamin C and calcium can cause dry and brittle nails.
