There's an annual event on the west coast, where people race each other around a lake, while seated in a giant hollowed out pumpkin. The pumpkins can weigh up to 800 pounds.

Outhouse racing originated in Michigan and has become an annual event. A team of two pushers and one rider must try to get their outhouse over the finish first.

Everyone knows Quidditch as a sport played on flying brooms in the Harry Potter universe. But in the real life version, players pretend to fly on a broom and attempt to throw the balls through round hoops.

Using long hockey sticks wouldn't be beneficial, so the players use a much shorter kind. An important detail is that this is a non-contact sport.

Dwarf tossing is mostly played in pubs or bars; dwarfs (little people) wearing special padded clothes are being tossed onto mattresses. The player that throws the dwarf the furthest, wins the game.

In the game of cheese rolling, a Gloucester Cheese is being rolled down a hill and people have to chase after it. The cheese can reach speeds up to about 112 km/h. The person to first catch the cheese, wins the game.
