Social media users are having a heated debate after a TikToker shared a video of their experience at Karen's Diner, known for its intentionally rude service.
The restaurant prides itself on giving customers a unique dining experience with deliberately impolite staff, but it seems this time they might have crossed a line for some patrons.
The incident unfolded at an Australian branch of Karen's Diner, where the staff are encouraged to be as rude as possible.

A TikTok user, @larissacai, captured the moment their waiter delivered an extreme version of the diner's signature service.
The video shows the waiter placing down three baskets containing burgers, onion rings, and fries in a rather abrupt manner.
The waiter then takes it a step further by flashing both middle fingers at the diners.
But the rudeness didn't end there.
The waiter then proceeds to grab an onion ring from the customer's basket, dips it in sauce, eats it, and nonchalantly walks away to attend to other diners.

The person filming reacts with laughter, but it's unclear if they genuinely found the encounter amusing.
The TikTok post's caption from 2022 suggests otherwise:
"After a one hour wait for food the rude waiter threw it on the table and started eating our onion ring."
The video quickly sparked a debate in the comments section.
Some viewers felt that the waiter's actions, especially touching and eating the customers' food, were unsanitary and crossed the line.
Comments ranged from expressing disbelief at the service to questioning why the customers didn't leave after such a long wait.
"No cause why would you touch someone’s food that's unsanitary tbh," one user wrote.
Another added, "I could never deal with that,"
While a third said, "Why didn't you leave? 1hour is too long."
However, not everyone disapproved of the waiter's behavior.
Some defended the rude service as part of the diner's charm.
One person commented, "Exactly what I want to do to every rude customer I’ve ever had,"
And another mentioned, "If I know it's their job to act like that and [if] they're making fun of Karens then I'm playing along lol, all in good fun."
What's your take on this unique dining experience?
