The video shared by @lifeofperveen shows two women sitting at the restaurant while the waiter puts their order of coffee and dessert on the table.
As the server sets their order down, one of the women asks him if he can get a candle for them as it is her friend's birthday.
"It's also her birthday so we were wondering if you have any candles?" she asked.

However, she was left shocked after the waiter flat out refused and said: "No, I don’t really have time for that right now, sorry," he replied.
