#1 The Too Fat To Work star hits the beach for workout

The 46-year-old headed to a beach near his Plymouth home dressed for a workout in patterned shorts and a black hoodie, but it wasn't long before he'd whipped his top off ready to run along the beach.

Stripping off his black hoody on an overcast day, the former window cleaner is seen lifting his arms to raise his heartrate, before attempting to run across the pebble beach.

The exertion forces Steve to soon take a break, cooling down with a bottle of juice.

His healthy refreshment is sure to surprise fans of Channel 5's Too Fat To Work, who learnt that he and his plus size wife Michelle love nothing more than fast food and fizzy drinks.

A KFC bucket was nowhere to be seen despite the couple marking their first wedding anniversary with a visit to the fast food restaurant.

Viewers saw him wed 23 stone Michelle, 44, in a ceremony where guests feasted on a greasy buffet of chicken wings, pizzas - and £450 worth of kebabs.

But backlash from the show saw Steve attend a fat camp, where he shed seven stones from his 31 stone bulk - although that still wasn't enough to secure himself a job.
