When you start boiling your pee (Urine) the water boils first and salt stays there. The phosphorus comes from phosphate salts in the urine. Phosphate is pretty common as salts and also makes up the bonds that hold our DNA bases together into the strands that make up our genome. Forgive me if you already knew that.
However, the conversion of phosphate to phosphorous requires very high temperatures, close to 300 degrees Celsius, and time. In summary, I don't think it will a problem at all to bold off the water from urine and then remove it from the heat.
