When This Girl Bought A Toy, The Cashier Grabbed It And Hid It. What She Said Is So Moving.

A man is out trying to pick up a few last minute Christmas presents. Because he still needed a doll for his niece he was looking at the barbies. Out of the corner of his eye he noticed a very well dressed girl. She excitedly rummages through the dolls, in her hand she has a bundle of bank notes. Her father is standing next to her smiling. She would continually turn to her father, show him a barbie that she particularly liked, and ask "Do I have enough money for this?". To which he answered "Yes", but she kept looking. Her enjoyment was tangible.

Then came a little boy into the shop with his father. He slowly went along the shelves on the other side. His clothes looked as though they were hand-me-downs, his jacket a little too big. He too had money in his hand, but not very much, $5 at the most. He was looking at a pokémon video game.
When he picked one up and showed it to his father, he just shook his head sadly. At the same time the mad heard the girl on the other side laughing with glee. She had found a doll, a barbie with wonderful clothes to put on and heaps of extras. But as she looked up she saw how the boy put the video game back down.
She stops thoughtfully for a moment as the boy instead disappointedly takes a book with stickers, and then goes to another department with her father. She puts the doll back on the shelf and then runs to the pokémon games and picks up the exact game that the boy had just put back. She whispers something in her fathers ear and together they proceed to the checkout.
Her father had also done his shopping and so he stood in the line behind his daughter. She paid for the game but as the cashier was about to give it give to her she whispered something to him. The cashier gave a quick laugh and then hid the game behind the counter.
Her entire face beamed and when she saw that the sad boy was now also standing in line with his father, she grinned even more.

Now it was the boy and his father's turn. He paid for his book with stickers, when the cashier suddenly called out "Congratulations! You are my hundredth customer today! That means that you have won something!" With these words he reached for the game and extended it to the completely astonished boy. When he saw that it was exactly the game that he'd wanted the biggest grin spread across his face.
But what then occurred is really incredible. On the way to the car the man heard the father ask his daughter why she did that. Her answer "Dad, didn't grandma and grandpa want me to buy something with that money that would make me really happy? Well, that's exactly what I did!" And with that she hoped into the car.
