The doorbell camera footage that follows shows a stressful incident involving a family and a deer.
Wanda Kaynor was about to leave her home in Evanston, Wyoming when she came across a stag.

She was unfortunate to cross a mule deer's territory because they have a strong sense of territoriality.
Her dog nearly stabbed himself while chasing the deer. She blitzed the majestic creature out of instinct to defend her dog, which led to an assault.
After charging at her antlers, the buck smashed a vertebra in her spine and gored her seven times, sending her to the ground.
Then Daniel, her husband, came running to help her.
Following the bizarre episode, Wanda was reportedly hospitalized; she is currently on the mend.
The stag was put to death by the Wyoming Fish and Game in accordance with protocol.
