After contractors rebuilt a woman's kitchen, they realized they were in the wrong house and left her in a state of shock. Despite not having any arrangements for a renovation, Chloe Fountain claimed that the builders unexpectedly showed up at her home and replaced her countertops while she was away.
Woman Shocked As Builders Renovate Her Kitchen After Getting The Wrong House
A woman was shocked to find a team of contractors working in her kitchen without her permission when she returned home.
Chloe Fountain, who experienced a similar event when contractors turned up in her garden to perform maintenance last year, was shocked that the same "mistake" occurred once more.

She shared on TikTok and said: "Why does it keep happening? Workers came to the wrong house again."
The TikToker in the clip unlocks the door and enters to discover a lengthy "red carpet" in the hallway.
When Chloe turns to look, she discovers four builders drilling on the worktops.

You're at the wrong house, buddy. She yells, but the loud drilling noise drowns it out.
"One of the guys is now talking to his boss. I guess now I have f***ing granite (in my kitchen).”
"They gave me a bill, I'm not going to show you and I paid for it. I love it, thanks! Love mistakes."

She claimed she had upgraded from her previous wooden slate worktops.
Viewers questioned whether it was an error and asserted that the builders couldn't have made the changes due to the variations in home plans.

Chloe debunked the rumors and told Daily Star: "They put granite in my kitchen. So where I live, the homes are all 'cookie cutters', they're all the same layout.”
"I was out grocery shopping and I don't lock my door. I live in a little town bordering Detroit, super safe."

Chloe was positive that the builders were not from the same company since she remembered the "garden incident" from the previous year, which went viral on TikTok.
She mentioned in that video: "They're at the wrong house but I'm not going to stop them because I'd love to have free concrete – or a deck, whatever they're building."
