One morning, Amy Haden's daughter told her there was a dog on their patio.
Since Amy had two pets, she thought it was one of hers. But, it was a new, unknown dog!

The dog was comfortably sitting in a chair on the patio, as if it was his own.

In an interview with Good Morning America, Amy said:
“He had completely made himself at home on the cushions, and he just never left.”

Every day, Amy came home to find the dog there, morning and evening, like he planned to stay.
Amy named him Walker and started looking for his owner.

She posted on social media and asked neighbors, but no one knew Walker.
A vet check showed he had no microchip.

For a month, Amy tried to find his owner, but no luck.
Walker didn't get along with her pets, and Amy didn't want another pet.

She needed to find him a home. Luckily, she found an elderly woman who wanted a pet.

No one knows where Walker came from or why he chose Amy's patio.
But, in the end, everything worked out.
