A plus-size model who calls herself a "fat, hot babe" has called her critics "jealous and insecure" and said they are just jealous of her success.

American Rosie Jean, who proudly calls her 6XL shape "sexy and beautiful," is profiting off her curves through her OnlyFans account.

The body-positive celebrity, 31, goes by the handle @fatrosephoenix on social media.

She claims to be very at ease in her own skin and mocks those who make fun of her weight.

"My mere existence as a fat, confident, pretty woman threatens so many types of people and their perception of themselves," Rosie said.

She added to The Sun: "They hate themselves so much they cannot fathom how I love myself. And frankly, that’s a failure of their own self-awareness, not a failing of mine."

The brunette added that she is more than just her physical appearance and does not take it personally when others refer to her as "fat."

"I have a lot more to me and the presence I have online,” she said in an Instagram post.

"I’m fat, I'm hot, and I’m proud.”

Despite being comfortable with her weight, Rosie has experienced a few health issues as a result of her size.

She no longer requires her cane, despite the fact that she previously used it often.

In another Instagram post, Rosie discussed her cane and criticized followers for blaming her weight for all of her issues.

She said: "My left knee has issues that stem from an injury in my childhood, and I was re-injured a few times the past few years.”

"Sometimes, it acts up and I benefit more from the use of a cane getting up and down from couches or chairs that are lower to the ground, and on days where the joint is inflamed."

She claimed that she was tired of people making fun of her for "being fat and sometimes needing help" and that she wanted to quit acting as though she didn't use a cane.

"I don’t need to justify the assistance I may need to others if they are committed to misunderstanding me and blaming my needs for assistance solely on my weight," she said.

Rosie receives thousands of likes and comments on her pictures, which often feature sexy outfits, lingerie, and swimwear.

The majority embrace the social media sensation, with one recently exclaiming: "You're so beautiful and attractive, I adore reading your posts."

"I'm so inspired by you, absolutely breathtaking," gushed another.
