Meirivone Rocha Moraes, a 37-year-old woman from Brazil, has an unusual family life.
She's 'married' to a life-sized rag doll named Marcelo, and together they have three toy 'children' – one-year-old Marcelinho and twin 'newborns' Marcela and Emilia.
Meirivone admits that managing a household with three kids is not easy, especially with the recent addition of twins.
"It's a little complicated to say because everything is in double dose [now that we have twins]," Meirivone explained.
"It's not easy but at the same time, I get emotional every moment, every second."
"In everyday life, Marcelo and I have a lot of tasks with the new babies, as well as looking after our first child."
"And even when I'm tired, he [my husband] helps me bathe, eat and sleep."
Despite the challenges, Meirivone finds joy in having a home filled with love and laughter.
However, Marcelo is feeling the financial strain of a bigger family.
"The expenses are increasing and he has to pay for the food, clothes, rent, water, electricity, medications."
"Therefore he has been a bit worried about affording the bills. But despite his concerns, he always dreamed of having a family and children, so this is all he ever wished for."
Meirivone's current dream is to own her own house.
"Since our wedding in 2018, I've been scouring the internet every day. I won't give up," she added.
Their relationship has seen its share of drama, including cheating rumors and kidnapping scares.
They even hosted a gender reveal party for their toy daughter, Marcela, attended by 40 guests.
The event included food, personalized sweets, music, and a smoke grenade reveal that turned pink, to the joy and surprise of the guests.
However, things haven’t always been smooth.
Meirivone claimed Marcelo cheated on her, leading to him sleeping on the sofa and her removing his detachable 'penis'.
And in a shocking turn, she reported that their toy son Marcelinho was kidnapped, demanding a ransom for his return.
Meirivone posted flyers and shared a TikTok video seeking help.
Fortunately, Marcelinho was safely returned and attended his sister's baby shower.
The family's unique lifestyle has attracted attention over the years, with Meirivone often sharing updates on social media, including attending ultrasounds for her toy daughter and dealing with marital issues.
Their story has left many social media users baffled and intrigued by their unconventional life.
