See that guy's arm next to that big disgusting looking fish filet? That's actually the leech, and yes, he lets it feed straight from his own arm. Now, I've heard of blood draining from leeches, but that's not been a serious practice since forever ago. Maybe he has a vampire fetish and this is the closest he can get to satisfying himself, the world may never know.
