Model Sets Trap For Stalker Caught On CCTV Who Would Watch Through Her Window Every Week

It’s almost shocking how common stalker stories are. This Lithuanian model based in America shared her experience with a stalker in a series of videos where she shows him staking the house and returning to look through her windows at night.

User @Gustejanus up-loaded this video to the platform saying that her mother had noticed a man following her after checking security camera footage.

What’s even more terrifying is that she lives in a gated community, which brings in question the security of her space and whether the stalker belongs to the area.

In later videos and interviews, she revealed that she was looking into getting self defense classes and has started carrying a pocketknife.

The jarring experience has left her fearful fer her life and general safety.

“After the incident, I began carrying a pocket knife and pepper spray on me at all times just to feel a bit safer when leaving my house knowing I had something to defend myself,”

After receiving no real results after speaking to the police she said this, “The situation was extremely difficult to deal with once it happened. I had/still have PTSD when going to sleep in my room. I would be able to hear a leaf falling to the floor outside my window because of how alert and aware my senses became since the incident. There were a couple of instances where I had panic attacks thinking he came back and I would wake my mom up, but in reality, no one was there after checking our cameras.”

Ths is when the suggestions started pouring in. Other than being fearful for her safety, one user suggested she set up a booby trap.

They also speculated that he wasn't just standing, he was staking out the building for criminal activity later.

She also shared her experiences with the police in this matter and how disappointed and scared she was with their response.

“It is extremely upsetting how police went about the situation. After calling the first time, the police told me to keep my windows, blinds, and curtains closed 24/7, once again placing the blame on me instead of going after the perpetrator. I refused to live in fear like a vampire and took matters into my own hands hence creating the booby trap,”

“The 2nd time I called police I told them that their advice had not helped whatsoever as my stalker still came back regardless if my windows/blinds/curtains were closed. They suggested to be extra vigilant when leaving my house and once again offered no support or comfort to me. The police could have easily recognized the pattern of my stalker coming every Sunday. The least they could do was put extra patrol around my house on Sundays. The police could’ve contacted my neighborhood and alerted others that there is a potentially dangerous stalker in the area.”

 “The police don’t stop or prevent crime. The police arrive once the crime has already happened.”

She then set a booby trap outside the house to take matters into her own hands and stop him from coming back to terrorize her.

She tied a string around two trees so the man would fall and she would hear him coming. One night at 2 am she heard a snap and rushed to see her stalker right next to her window where her bed is.

“I’m watching him watching me 2 inches away from my effing face,” She rushed to her mother for help, opened the blinds, and started yelling at the man. The man calmly walked away after checking for cameras.

They called the police again but they gave her the same advice.

The model has since moved away from the house and has not seen him since. Her mother did ask neighbors if they had seen or recognized the man to no avail.

She did however find out later on that the stalker may have been stalking another female in the same area. A private investigator and lawyer that were involved later on revealed that there was an ongoing investigation against the man for the past year.
