Sources have told TMZ that although Welch hasn't officially signed with anyone yet, there's quite the competition among agents eager to represent the outspoken influencer.

While she hasn't inked any deals with an agency, Welch has been quick to capitalize on her newfound fame.

She has already started selling autographed merchandise, including hats emblazoned with her notorious "spit on that thang" catchphrase.

Page Six reports that United Talent Agency (UTA) is also interested in representing Welch, although it's still unclear how she plans to promote herself post-viral fame.

UTA has yet to confirm signing Welch, amidst rumors that Donald Trump's former literary agent, Bryd Leavell, might take her on as a client.

Although Welch hasn't secured a spot on UTA's client roster, which includes stars like Timothee Chalamet and Kevin Hart, she has managed to strike a deal with a merchandise company.

Tennessee-based Fathead Threads has started selling a line of merchandise featuring her signature phrase just in time for summer.

"I have been authorized to sell these hats after a conversation with Hailey.

"She will be receiving a portion of the profits from sales."

The punchlines have been a hit on social media, though not everyone is amused.

Iconic radio host Howard Stern, at 70, voiced his disapproval on his SiriusXM show.

"As a dad myself of three girls, that's every father's worst nightmare to see her on Instagram going 'yeah you've got to hawk tuah on that f****** thing,'"

Stern remarked, underscoring that Welch represents "every father's worst nightmare."
